Returns Within 14 Days
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your product. The product must be unused and undamaged , and in its original packaging .
How Do I Return a Product?
- Please contact us at info@evsocket.eu to register your return. Please state your order number and the product you wish to return.
- We will send you further instructions for the return, including the return address.
- Pack the product well and return it to the address provided. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the amount of your order back to your original payment method.
Returns Policy

Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days by email: info@evsocket.eu . We will make sure that you receive a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days . The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
