- It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct information when placing an order.
4. Delivery
- The average delivery time is 7-14 days, as we ship directly from the factory.
- EV Socket.eu cannot be held liable for delays caused by external parties, such as shipping companies or customs procedures.
5. Prices and Payment
- All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
